"In addition to raising rates as part of a "market adjustment", they opened two auto glass claims for one broken window, charged us a $100 deductible both times, and are now using the number of claims (including the duplicate one) to raise our comprehensive deductible to $500. We've been trying to get this issue addressed for over a year, and each time we bring it up, we get ghosted. The level of service is far worse than the previous agent in this spot. Avoid"
